Introduction
By developing a structured halal training module according to specific National Occupational Skill Standard (NOSS), it is importance to produce highly competent and skilled workers that are certified under Malaysia Skill Certificates (SKM).
The module development in accordance to the Halal curriculum of competency units (CoCU) to ensure a structured competency-based training is being develop with lesson plan, information sheet, worksheet, and others.
